Hi George,

It might be time for you to drive deep with General Relativity to answer your question because it gets VERY complicated. But to answer your question simply, yes photons of light don’t experience time however that is because they are massless and so travel at the speed of light. For particles with mass the passage of time does happen, which means we must have had a start.
